Infigo Research Laboratories was incorporated in August 2017 by Ajinkya Shevale, a food technologist with a background in R&D and regulatory affairs.
What began as a formulation and shelf-life consultancy has grown into a full-stack food consulting firm — today supporting food startups and manufacturers in India on everything from FSSAI licensing to greenfield factory setup.
